Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach designed by noted Italian architect Piero Lissoni sprawls over seven lakeside acres in Miami Beach1. Ranging from one to five bedrooms, and from 1,700 to more than 11,000 square feet, the Ritz-Carlton Residences have 8 towers. PCI provided contractor schedule review, analysis and recommendations to the owner during the course of the construction.  Reviewed contractor claims for additional time and assisted with general contract review and drafting of responses to the Contractor.
