Cruise Terminal V (Virgin Voyages)

The $158 Million Virgin Voyages Terminal will be located on the northwest side of the port. The vessel will house the line’s first ship Scarlet Lady. PCI is responsible to review baseline schedule and progress updates, critical paths and assessment of float, critical path analysis, progress updates, ensuring contract compliance and Time Impact Analyses.  Also review of potential impacts and risks and provide recommendations on mitigation and opportunities for schedule compression and acceleration.
