Cruise Terminal K (Disney Cruises)

Renovate and build the new Cruise Terminal for Disney and the elevated roadway for $285 Million was approved by Miami-Dade County. The new facility would be located on the south side of the port, to the east of existing Terminal J.  It will allow Disney to homeport vessels carrying more than 3,500 passengers.

PCI responsibilities included preparation of conceptual, schematic and design estimates, compare and analyze estimates performed by other consultants, and coordination with design team on VE options analysis and presentation of cost savings.
