Manage construction schedules on several design/build, CMAR and design-bid-build school projects on the $1.2 billion program for the School District. Perform review of contactor’s baseline, critical path analysis, progress updates, ensuring contract compliance and Time Impact Analyses for the following school projects - Palm Springs North Elementary School, Coral Park Elementary School, Scott Lake Elementary School, Air Base K-8 Center for International Education, Miami Palmetto Senior High School, Ben Sheppard Elementary School, Ethel Koger Beckham Elementary School, Cutler Bay Middle School, Miami Arts Studio at Zelda Glazer, Miami Beach Senior High School.
