We Value Our People
and Our Reputation

About PCI
PCI is a professional engineering consulting firm committed to delivering professional services and engineering solutions to help our clients to achieve their goals. Our experience extends from small projects to large capital improvement undertakings in Aviation, Water, Port, Transportation, Education and Commercial sectors.
With a highly seasoned and professional team coupled with many decades of collective industry experience, we have become the premier provider of project controls and management services across Florida. PCI offers state-of-the-art customized systems, techniques and methodologies to keep up with the ever-growing environment of complex, competitive and compressed projects and programs.
Our Story
PCI was founded in 2002 by two program professionals – Paul Stein and Ashish Kumar – with a goal to build an operation primarily focused on all aspects of project controls and program management in Aviation. The result was, a company which not only provided unparallel quality of services on such complex programs but also had enjoyable and satisfying work culture and a fun, family-oriented work environment.
Originally, our core competencies were focused in Aviation but since 2012, the company has expanded and been steadily growing under the leadership of Dr. Ashish Kumar, a Professional Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology with a Ph.D. in Construction Management. We set out on that path, adding high-caliber professionals that added value to the culture along the way, striving to continue building a company that we all took pride in.
In recent years, with the augmentation of experienced and talented associates and industry leaders, the company has evolved into one of the premier firms providing controls, program and construction management services in Water, Stormwater, Port, Transportation, Mass-transit, Education and Commercial fields in addition to Aviation.
Our Culture
At our core, we recognize the unique qualities of our PCI employees are essential for innovation and growth, which have resulted in accolades on award-winning project programs. We firmly believe that the most effective team is one that reflects our diverse backgrounds, our individual ideas, and our unique perspectives. We take pride in providing an environment where your expertise is valued, your ideas are respected, and your hard work makes a significant difference.
We embrace the small business culture and fully support the development of our employees and the care of their families. Work-life balance, professional and personal development, and job satisfaction are extremely important at PCI. We continually strive to build a great workplace where our employees trust the people they work for, enjoy the people they work with, and take pride in what they do.
