Cruise Terminal F (Carnival)

The $120 Million Cruise Terminal F Expansion and Berthing Re-alignment Program to accommodate CCL’s XL 7,000 passenger vessel involves some demolition of existing Terminal F structures, some refurbishing, and some new construction.  PCI is responsible to preparer conceptual, schematic and design estimates, coordinate with the design team on VE options analysis and present cost savings, evaluate contractor bid proposal and analysis for award recommendation, and review change proposals and negotiations.
